Kirbys was a new build on the plot of a former 1960's bungalow. An energy efficient home built around a SIPS timber panel system, clad in Canadian cedar. Packed full of technology, a Lutron lighting system adjusted the lighting to suit the mood of the owner. Rainwater harvesting, ground source heat pump, solar panels and a sedum roof made for a warm, comfortable and efficient home.
